Tradie Lady Hire is a web-based platform designed to connect consumers with female tradeswomen for short-term jobs or long-term employment. It also enables tradeswomen to create professional profiles, browse job listings, and purchase job leads.

2. Account Registration

To use the platform, users must create an account:

Accounts are secured via email and password.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login details.

Required information includes name, suburb, date of birth, photo ID, selfie, and ABN (where applicable).

Accounts must be verified before access to job leads is granted.

3. Subscription and Trial Terms

A 14-day free trial is available with no charges applied during the trial.

Users can cancel at any time during the trial through Stripe's interface.

Upon trial completion, the user will be charged according to their selected plan (monthly or annually).

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 42 hours prior to the next billing cycle.

Annual subscriptions cancelled mid-term are eligible for a pro-rata refund.

For Tradeswomen:

Create and manage a professional profile.

Browse and purchase job leads.

Upload certifications and licences.

For Consumers:

Post detailed job listings with photos.

Receive matched tradie profiles upon lead purchase.

Note: Contact details are exchanged only after a lead is purchased. No in-app messaging is available.

5. User Responsibilities

Users must:

Submit accurate and truthful information.

Remove outdated or fulfilled job listings.

Use the platform in compliance with Australian laws.

Violation of these responsibilities may result in account suspension or deletion without refund.

6. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are payable upfront (monthly or yearly).

All fees include GST.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

Prices may be updated with prior notice.

7. Customer Support

Customer support is provided at no additional cost via email or through our support form. We aim to respond within 24–48 hours.

8. App Maintenance and Updates

We reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance.

Functional updates are free of charge.

Additional premium features may incur future fees.

9. Privacy and Data Use

We collect personal information (e.g., name, DOB, suburb, email, photo ID).

This data may be shared with sponsors for promotions or research purposes.

All data is securely stored and can be deleted upon request.

Users' data will be deleted upon account termination.

Any intellectual property developed using user data remains the property of Tradie Lady Hire.

11. Termination

Users can delete their account at any time via the platform.

Tradie Lady Hire reserves the right to terminate accounts for misconduct.
